trainwell is hiring remote Account Managers with captive agency experience to coach from a roster of client agencies and earn $18k+ a month by month three.
As an Account Manager you'll run a book of agencies whose results are yours. Most teams get trained, stay excited for a week, then fall back the first time they hit an objection nobody prepared them for.
It's our job to make it stick: producers ramping faster, more life and health written, and teams that run without the owner present.
Onboarding calls with owners who just signed. Role plays. Call reviews. And the accountability conversations that decide whether a team actually changed or just got excited for a week. If you led producers, this was your Tuesday.
trainwell runs on a built system. Scripts, daily activity requirements, pipeline management, group coaching. It's the same process George built inside his own agency, and it's already running in agencies across the country. You deliver it. You don't invent it.
See what a normal week as an Account Manager looks like
And you'll have the opportunity to close front-end deals when the calendar is full. What you close is a real part of what you earn.
Maybe your name was never on the door and you ran the place anyway. Maybe you're the one the new producers came to when they were scared of the phone. You never got paid for that part, now you will.
I require agency background for one reason, and it isn't that this can't be learned. It's that an agency owner won't take coaching from someone who's never sat in their chair.
One rule, and it is not negotiable:
I will never hire out of a client agency. Yours or anyone else's.
If you currently work inside an agency that's a trainwell client, I'm not recruiting you. Talk to your owner first. We protect our clients, full stop. That's also exactly how we'll treat the agencies you coach.
If none of that ruled you out, here's what the work actually produces.
This is what the coaching produces inside an agency.

I hire 2 to 4 Account Managers a month because more agencies want coaching than we have people to coach them. Our average Account Manager's on-target earnings are $18k+ a month by month three. Here's how they do it:
The Draw
$5,000a month
You'll earn a $5,000 a month draw while you ramp. This helps carry you in the beginning while your accounts are growing.
The Book
7%of cash collected
You'll earn 7% of the cash trainwell collects from every agency on your book. The more agencies you coach, the bigger your book gets, the more you make.
What You Close
12%on your own deals
You also have the opportunity to make 12% on any deal you close yourself, front end or back end. Continuations, upgrades and extensions on your own agencies count too.
On-target, month three
$18k+a month
Our average Account Manager's on-target earnings are $18k+ a month by month three.
This isn't door to door and you're not going to be stuck prospecting. Our sales team takes the calls, closes the deals, and hands you the accounts. Your book fills because they fill it.
Complete step one of your application by answering the questions below as truthfully and thoroughly as possible.
If you're reading this, somebody sent you here or you went looking. Either way, here's who I am and why I'm writing to you.
I've been in sales forever. I started out selling TVs. I went to college to be an eye doctor, found out eye doctors don't make money, and switched to dentistry. That one didn't take either. Seven years ago I landed in insurance and finally stopped looking around.
I spent years running one of the top-producing captive agencies in the country. We went from 200 apps a month to 700 in two years. Our close rate went from 12% to 38% in 90 days, and we did it without changing a carrier or buying a single extra lead. Most of that team had under two years of experience when they walked in.
That's the whole reason trainwell exists. Hundreds of agencies are running on it now.
Which brings me to why I'm hiring, because it's the honest reason and it's the whole letter.
The process works. What it needs is somebody standing there the week after, when the first hard call happens and the old habits start pulling. I can't be that person for 550 agencies. Nobody can.
So that's the role. You'd be coaching owners and their teams through the part where it gets hard.
I'm looking for people who were already doing that job somewhere else, whether or not it was ever in their job description.
George
Complete this short application process and if it's a fit, you'll be coaching some of the best agencies in the country and getting paid for every one of them.
